Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Industrial-Drives TTR-2953-3104-A-401 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Unitec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Berger-Lahr product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGMGH55A2AYR12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SKF100LA4 manufactured by Unitec and we are pleased to be able to service most Unitec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TLC532F by Manufacturer Berger-Lahr as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Moog Brand SM23165MTPGA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as SV9F50AS6M0B00 equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-Hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-Hammer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SGMSV15A3A6C made by Yaskawa as well as the popular T56H1010RRM original spares produced by Reliance

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TT20052000A by Inland and SV9F50AS6M0B00 spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TC3503 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Singulus-Technologies.
